MANILA, Philippines — The Metro Rail Transit Line-3 (MRT-3) management on Friday announced that it will offer free rides to civil servants from Sept. 18 to 20.

According to the MRT-3 management in an advisory, the free ride program is in commemoration of the 123rd Philippine Civil Service Anniversary.

One must only present their valid government ID to avail of the free service.

(We at MRT-3 are sincerely in solidarity with the celebration of the anniversary of the Philippine Civil Service. Our free ride offering is simply a thank you for all the sacrifices of every government employee in order to carry out honestly and properly their duties.)
