Prosple is a careers and education technology company that helps leading organizations and universities to connect students with employment and education opportunities.

“We pride ourselves in giving utmost importance to providing a safe and inclusive work environment and a culture of support and collaboration, especially for young talents undergoing their own major shifts to the professional world,” said AboitizPower Chief Human Resources Officer Monette Lasala. “We will continue to aspire to be an employer of choice by nurturing our team members’ talents and skills.”

Fresh graduates-turned-team members, including those from engineering courses, cite management and culture as among the top reasons why it is good to work for AboitizPower.

According to Prosple, the Top 100 Employers for Graduates List has served as “a valuable resource for students seeking a rewarding career path” since it was launched in Australia in 2015.

Student popularity is accorded with a weight of 75%, while program quality accounts for 25%, subject to change depending on the available data.

To recall, AboitizPower was also recognized as among the best companies to work for in the country, leading all others in the utilities sector in a list by daily newspaper the Philippine Daily Inquirer and market research firm Statista.

AboitizPower is one of the largest power producers in the Philippines, with a balanced portfolio of generation assets across the country. It operates thermal power plants to support the country’s baseload and peak energy demands, while also growing its investments in renewable energy and energy storage systems.
